POWER
Tres Power, LLC, a Texas-based independent power company, currently owns and operates natural gas-fired peaker plants capable of delivering backup power generation to the ERCOT grid. The state’s historic freeze in 2021 exposed the intermittent reliability of the Texas power grid – Tres Power’s facilities quickly energize to provide backup generation to meet the increased need for reliable electricity during periods of peak demand.
